재료: 바나나(banana), 블루베리(blueberry), 플레인요거트(plain yogurt), 프락토올리고당(oligosaccharide)

몸에 엄청 좋고 장건강에도 효과가 좋아서 과일은 어떠한 조합이든 상관없지만
본인이 매일 챙겨 먹는 스무디랍니다 ㅎㅎ

까페에서 사먹는 스무디 저리가라에요, 저 조합으로 갈아먹어도 좋고, 그냥 드셔도 좋아요.

모두 한번씩 도전해 보시죵 ^^
