오랜만이니까 종합 선물 세트 같은 영화로 찾아왔습니다.
어떤 의미에서 종합 선물 세트냐 하신다면
이 영화는 좋은 소설이자, 영화, 그리고 영화음악을 묶고 있어요.
오늘 소개해드릴 영화는 "집오리와 들오리의 코인로커"(2007) 입니다. 보신다면 꼭 끝까지 보셔야해요.
제목이 조금 길죠?

This movie tied good novel, script, story and music.

사실 처음 이 영화를 알게 된 것은 영화에서 일하고 있는 동기 형이 추천해줬어요.
워낙 영화 얘기를 많이 나누다보니 제 취향을 알고 오래 전에 추천해줬던 영화입니다.
보고나서 한동안 영화의 음악과 내용과 여운을 즐기느라 정지된 화면을 멍하니 쳐다봤었습니다.
자칫 맹맹하거나 지루한 맛이 날 수 있는 라멘을 요리로 만들어낸 영화라고 표현하고 싶네요.

I was also recommended about 3 years ago from my college bro in University.
He's now working in film company. And we had talked lots of movie stuffs.
So he knew my taste and recommended this one.
After it finished in front of my eyes, I got just flabbergasted and watching the screen which is already blackout.
Because the music & feeling were lingering a while in my ear.
It could be boring or bland but the director made this real great like Japanese ramen which can be made bad by other person.

동명의 소설을 원작으로, 나카무라 요시히로 감독은 창의적인 그리고 섬세한 표현으로 담아 나고 있습니다.
간략한 내용은 이렇습니다.
시이나는 센다이 시로 대학입학을 위해 이사해왔습니다. 그는 밥 딜런의 음악을 좋아해서 Blow'in in the wind를 흥얼 거리는데, 옆에 사는 가와사키라는 친구가 그걸 듣더니 같이 흥얼거립니다.
그리고 시이나를 느닷없이 찾아오고 옆에 부탄 출신의 유학생 친구를 위해서 일본어대사전을 훔치자고 제안합니다.
그래서 둘은 서점으로 가고 책 한권을 털게 됩니다.
시이나는 이 후에 레이코라는 여자를 만나, 가와사키를 믿지 마라고 합니다.
왜 그런 괴짜스러운 일을 하고 어떤 이유로 믿지 말라고 하는지 과거와 현재를 오가며 이야기는 전개됩니다.

It's origin is novel and the director, Yoshihiro Nakamura shows the movie with creative & delicate expression.
The brief story starts like below.
Shiina came to Sendai city for college entrance. He just humming Bob Dylan's Blow'in in the wind cuz he love his songs.
But Kawasaki who lives in next door(it is flat=apartment) follows humming same song.
In addition to following humming, he visits him and suggest something.
What he suggest was stealing Japanese dictionary for a Butan friend.
It is really weird but they did. (not exactly because it was not Japanese dictionary).
Shiina meet a woman who says don't believe Kawasaki.
The story flows past & now about why they did this weird doing and why she said don't believe him.

이 이상의 내용을 알려드리면 영화가 재미가 없어져서 리뷰를 적다가 지웠어요.
봐보시기를 바라기 때문입니다 ㅎㅎ

제목에서 보이는 God은 밥 딜런입니다. 영화 전체를 꿰뚫고 있는 Blow'in in the wind는 영화에서 사람과 사람, 현재와 과거, 그때의 감정과 지금의 감정을 연결해요.
영화에서 God으로 추앙할만큼 그 울림을 극대화하고 있지요.
소설보다는 축약된 영화이지만 음악을 통해서 오히려 짧지만 여운이 강한 영화가 되도록 해준다고 느꼈습니다.

In English, there is a word 'God' in the name. As you know it is Bob Dylan. Blow'in in the wind flows all around the movie.
From person to person, Past and Now, Past emotion and Now emotion.
This music amplifies moving in mind as like God.
Maybe it is shorten compared with novel, but it is more powerful with short.

일본은 우리나라와 다르지만 매우 흡사한 문화를 가지고 있습니다.
영화는 일본에서 외국인으로 사는 사람에 대한 이야기로 진행되는데 그것이 가지는 의미가 한국에도 적용될 수 밖에 없겠더라구요. 또 제목에서 보시듯, 집오리는 내국인 들오리는 외국인의 표현입니다.
최근 일련의 이민자 문제, 테러 문제에 있어서도 생각해볼 부분인 것 같습니다.

Our society, Korea has similar culture with Japan.
The movie tells us How to live as foreigners. and this can be also same situation in Korea.
As you know in title, The foreign duck is foreigner person and the native duck is just born in native person.
We can think about it with other trend issues like immigration or terrors.
