황제해물짬뽕
안녕하세요. 다독다독입니다.
오늘은 어제 아내 직장 직원들의 우리집 습격(?)에 지친 속을 달래기 위해
[황제해물라면]을 만들어 보았습니다.
재료는 라면2개(진라면 순한 맛), 새우, 조개관자, 다시마, 대파, 마늘다진 것, 세송이 버섯, 굴소스, 간장, 당근, 고추가루, 청양고추 되겠습니다.
계란은 깔끔한 국물 맛을 위해 넣지 않았습니다.
(그냥 집에 있는거 다 때려넣음 ㅋㅋ)
비쥬얼이 그럴싸 하죠?
새우, 관자, 버섯, 대파,다시마를 넣어서 국물이 아주 시원하고 속풀이로는 아주 그만이었습니다.
기냥 아주 그냥 쌍따봉~!!
