Surround yourself with successful people

This is something most people will pass just like another normal thing. But it is actually important. The people you hang around with will easily work as your driving force. Just like Mark Zuckerberg stated ‘no one does it alone’ you should also make sure you have the right company.

When you want to build an empire, then you should surround yourself with strong people in different sectors. That way, you can make an incredible team from your friends. It doesn’t matter how good you are. There’s always something you don’t know and you will need the help.

Never feel sorry for yourself

Even the brightest minds in the world started with failure. You are no exception. If you are lucky, you might end up failing a couple of times before you find your success story. Otherwise, some might even take a lifetime before setting their lives straight.

Don’t be afraid to try again after a couple of failures. And you also need to believe in yourself. Somewhere along the way, you will find the right path and I’m sure you won’t fail to see it.

Don’t over obsess yourself with your vision

For example, Elon Musk only spent 30 minutes a week focussing on SpaceX project. The rest of the week he spent dealing with immediate problems that needed solving. You might be working your way to buying a house, car or even a real estate. That’s brilliant plan but don’t focus all your energy on that every day. You need to clear your bills and your kids need to go to school.

Otherwise, if you focus so much on the future, your present might fall apart.

In summary

I seem to find motivation mainly in the people around me. Mostly my family. The fact that I’m able to buy my kids the toy they love; is something I’ll always be proud of.
