생선을 깨끗이 닦아 내고 더 내면을 깨끗이하고 소금을 뿌린다. 5 분 동안 휴식을 취한 다음 신선한 레몬 주스를 넣는다. (반쯤 레몬을 자르고 주스를 짠다) 1 시간 동안 생선을 문질러 문지른다. 식용유. 요리 될 때까지 양쪽에 그릴. 행복한 요리
