1. Avoid Direct Sunlight

3. Choose Shirt with Cotton Material
   Clothes become one of the things to be noticed during the holidays on the Beach. Highly recommended to use cotton shirts, in addition to the T-shirt is comfortable when in use, as well as a cotton shirt is very easy to absorb sweat.

4. First check Sea Water Conditions
