New Korean-style Fried Chick'n
My mom's take on Shake Shack's new Korean-style Fried Chick'n (bottom picture, the top is the actual sandwich) - she used a buttered french baguette in place of hamburger buns and stir-fried the chicken in a special gochujang sauce (with honey, ginger, and garlic), and the final product turned out great! Also topped with onions and arugula to make it classy ;)
