How come no one mentions this comic street in Seoul?

When you think of Myeongdong, most people think of overseas tourists and a bustling shopping paradise. But I like the 재미로 from the 3rd exit of Myeongdong subway station.

This is a small alley that has been renovated and rebuilt only in the last four or five years, with fewer tourists than the one across the road. It is relatively less commercialized and more like a creative space, full of colorful comic elements, bold bright colors, cute cartoon sculptures and large wall paintings everywhere, and you can feel the rhythm of the old and the new in the Korean neighborhood.

The buildings are staggered in height, so it is easy to get a picture of Namsan Seoul Tower in the same frame. If you want to tour Namsan, you can also follow this road towards Namsan and slowly go up the mountain.

In addition to this road, you can also walk around the small streets connected to Namsan-dong. You don't have to deliberately look for it, but you can get to it without thinking about it while strolling around.
