This Neat Little Town Called Kitsault, Is Almost Perfect

This neat little town is almost perfect but for one major thing. It has shopping centers, bars, even an escalator. It has some guest houses and even a fully equipped hospital and a movie theater. The roads are tarred and there is also a huge factory. But there is a serious problem, no, the town doesn't have any resident zombies or poisonous gasses seeping through the ground.
