Still Here (Original Poem and Photo)
The days slip into months
The months become years
Seasons come and go
Yet I am still here
When you look beside you
Many years from now
You will find I am still with you
Holding on somehow
There are days I may falter
I may even fall behind
But I will always catch up again
To walk by your side
I can’t promise to catch you
Every time you fall
But I will always be there
Every time you call
I may not always understand
Or be able to help you
But if you tell me what you need
I will try my best to
Even if you end up hating me
If you say it’s through
If you want to walk away
I will still be here for you
This is a photo I took on a walk a few years ago, it is so beautiful up on the rocks, you can understand why people used to believe the witches met up here. If I could fly, I would go here too <3
The timeless rocks that will always still remain. This poem is of course, dedicated to my wonderful other half, may I be as timeless as the cliffs that lie about the plains.
