SAGODANA KHEER RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
Milk …………………………………….. 4 Cups
Sagodana………………………………. ½ cup
Sugar……………………………………..½ Cup
Carrot grated ……………………………2 Midium sized bowl
Green Cardamom……………………….5-7
Pistachio............................................9-10
dry Vitis/ Raisin …………………..…....4-5
Almonds………………………………….9-10
Salt ……………………………………….half of ¼ tsp
STEP 1*
Add ½ cup of Sagodana/pearl rice into a Cup of fresh water & leave it for one hour.
pour out Milk, cardamom in suitable pot & boil until only three Cups left then add carrots, Sagodana, half of ¼ tsp salt & sugar after that cook it for 10 to 12 minutes.
STEP 1*
while the Milk formed into thickens like kheer then keep on serving after Garnishing with almonds, Pistachio & Raisin.
