That's interesting, I didn't even know that these ketones booster aids are being sold.
Man, that guy drank 40,000$ worth of booster! You probably get some good bottle or two of aged vine for that price. Although it may not help with ketones that much. But I bet it will taste better LOL
At these prices, I will rather boost up my ketones naturally, keep carbs intake low enough, eat my home made fat bombs and do some extra exercising ;-) Of course, I will not get such high levels as these two guys, but that's OK.
I wonder, do these extra high levels of ketones have some side effects to the body? (hadn't watch whole video yet, saved for tomorrow and then I will try to learn more about this)
Good question. I suspect they might not have side effects if you're doing it on the background of a ketogenic diet. Unwanted effects could occur if someone on a high-carb diet try it (but still, needs further testing). As a side note, I'm excited to try them, not sure if for using on a regular basis, unless for some very specific reason.
