The origination of the FAT IS BAD movement came from Ancel Keys. If you watch this short video you will see how it played out. It is because of the sugar industry's desire to paint their product as safe and to get more people buying sugar and the effect of Ancel Keys misguided conclusions that we have a world of obesity, type 2 diabetics and metabolic syndrome affected people in the world...

And that's not just my opinion - stay tuned ... I will get to exactly why many are obese, type 2 diabetics etc...
