This is a One Bowl and One Pan deal!

Recipe:

In a small bowl, mix together your Almond Meal, Nut Butter, Ginger and Garlic Powders, Lemon Juice and Salt to taste. It will make a fragrant, light and nutty coating for your broccoli.

Set your stove to medium/low heat then put a teaspoon of rendered lard and your frozen broccoli in your pan.
Just let the florets cook for 10 minutes or until they're bright green. You want them still cold for your next step- not cooked through yet.

Mix your ginger garlic mixture in with your florets to coat them well and slowly pour the aminos over them.
As the moisture starts to evaporate in the pan, the flavors and aromas are going to start releasing themselves-it's gonna smell really good. Enjoy this moment!

Once evenly coated, shift your broccoli to one side of the pan to make way for the beef.
Now, lower the heat and add another teaspoon of lard to your empty space in the pan.

Add your Grass Fed Beef, sprinkling with salt and pepper to taste and let cook for 10 minutes on one side or until you see tiny pools of blood surface to the top.
Then flip and cook on the other side for another 10 minutes. Make sure you allow the beef to show a little browning.

Of course, if you like your beef cooked medium or well, you can by all means keep it on there longer. I know I prefer mine on the raw side and many people haven't tried that yet.

Now just grab a bowl and you my friend, are done!

Would you try this one for me? Tell me how yours comes out and post a picture for me in the comments!

Add a bit of freshly opened Sriracha for some heat or do like me- I put a tiny dot of Reaper on the bottom of my bowl and let it surprise me on the way down.

Wow, that sounds delicious! Will have to try that soon! Should work with fresh Brokkoli I'd guess, by just throwing it into the lard for a minute or so? And what cut of meat did you use?

Hi Anek! Thank you for your comment :) Yes! Fresh broccoli is fine to use. I would wet it a little with filtered water, set it in the pan and then once it starts to warm, put lard on it. That way the broccoli fibers break down and become more easy to digest. I used 85/15 grass fed ground beef for this recipe. If using anything not ground, searing it on higher heat and a shorter amount of time would be best to do.
