If you don't give your tummy enough time to digest food and keep eating it consistently (like 4 meals a day or eating every 3 to 4 hours), it will affect your metabolism and lead to several problems in future.
Having a meal a day is a good concept and this is the reason people believe in fasting because it gives time to our stomach to rest as well.
