I'm all for intermittent fasting due to the huge amount of benefits it has! I talk in detail about this on my page in my videos!
Quick question, i'm looking to get lots of calories in, 3000+ and as healthy as possible, and find this challenging to eat in one meal / sitting. Have you got any tips to help with this? Foods / techniques for example.
