How To Make Keto Fried Pickles

What's up everyone! In this video I will show you the recipe that I use to make keto fried pickles. These things are a life saver when I want the real deal.

Macros for 6 Pickles:
Calories: 272
Fat: 17g
Carbs: 7g
Net Carbs: 4.5g
Protein: 24g

Recipe:
Coconut oil

2-3 tbsp coconut flour
2 eggs
.25 cup Grated Parmesan
1.5 oz pork rinds
1 tsp dried parsley
.5 tsp black pepper
.25 tsp garlic powder
.25 tsp salt
12 large pickle slices

  1. Heat 1/2 in of coconut oil in your pan
  2. Add 2-3 tbsp of coconut flour to a small bowl.
  3. In another bowl, beat 2 eggs.
  4. In a food processor or blender add the parmesan, pork rinds, and seasonings.
  5. Pulse until it is a fine powder
  6. Add this to a third bowl
  7. Coat a pickle slice in coconut flour
  8. Coat the pickle slice in the egg wash
  9. Generously coat the pickle in the seasoning blend from step 6.
  10. repeat 7-9 for all pickles
  11. Fry at 350 degrees until golden brown.
  12. Enjoy!
