How To Make Keto Fried Pickles
What's up everyone! In this video I will show you the recipe that I use to make keto fried pickles. These things are a life saver when I want the real deal.
Macros for 6 Pickles:
Calories: 272
Fat: 17g
Carbs: 7g
Net Carbs: 4.5g
Protein: 24g
Recipe:
Coconut oil
2-3 tbsp coconut flour
2 eggs
.25 cup Grated Parmesan
1.5 oz pork rinds
1 tsp dried parsley
.5 tsp black pepper
.25 tsp garlic powder
.25 tsp salt
12 large pickle slices
- Heat 1/2 in of coconut oil in your pan
- Add 2-3 tbsp of coconut flour to a small bowl.
- In another bowl, beat 2 eggs.
- In a food processor or blender add the parmesan, pork rinds, and seasonings.
- Pulse until it is a fine powder
- Add this to a third bowl
- Coat a pickle slice in coconut flour
- Coat the pickle slice in the egg wash
- Generously coat the pickle in the seasoning blend from step 6.
- repeat 7-9 for all pickles
- Fry at 350 degrees until golden brown.
- Enjoy!
