● Getting Plenty of Rest (at least trying)
● Taking a Magnesium Supplement and Multivitamin
● Drinking Pickle Juice
● Himalayan Pink Salt (adding it in food)
● Staying Hydrated
● Avoiding any Sugar Substitute (Atleast the first 2 weeks)
