-4 blocks softened cream cheese
-4 eggs
-1 ½ cup Swerve
-1 cup sour cream
-1 tsp almond extract
-1 Tbsp lemon juice

Turtle Cheesecake Topping:

1/2 cup–3/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Sprinkle caramel sauce made without dairy or sugar and dark chocolate.

Keto Caramel Pecan Turtle Cheesecake Recipe Instructions

1.Combine eggs and softened cream cheese in a mixing basin.
2.sour cream, then mix.
3.Swerve should be added gradually while blending.
4.finish blending until smooth by adding lemon juice and almond extract.
5.Mixture should be put into a 9" Springform pan. Fill the glass 2/3 of the way with batter.
6..Check after 45–60 minutes of uncovered baking at 350 degrees. Cheesecake ought to be puffing up and getting a little browned. Cook for a further 20 to 25 minutes while attentively monitoring. The center should be relatively soft while the outer parameter should be hard.

-2/TBS Lard
-1/2 cup melted butter
-3 big beaten eggs
-1/3 almond meal
-1/3Coconut flour
-1 tablespoon Swerve sweetener
-1/4 teaspoon salt

Homemade Low Carb Coconut Flour Pie Crust Recipe Instructions

1.Melt the butter first.
2.Then, combine the melted butter with the lard.
3.Combine three large beaten eggs in a different bowl.
4.Eggs should be added to the butter mixture.
5.Include the remaining components.
6.With your hands, incorporate all of the ingredients in the dough until it resembles dough.
7.Spray nonstick cooking spray in your pie pan. Take a small amount of dough at a time and push it into the pie pan firmly and evenly, working your way from the pan's center outward and finishing at the pan's edges. I like to give the top rim of the pie pan a thicker edge.
8.Bake your crust at 350 degrees right away, or bake it after adding the filling.

Note: that you cannot use a rolling pin to spread this kind of dough. It breaks down and won't stay put. Avoid attempting it.
