Salmon boats - super simple light keto lunch
A quick and easy lunch or light dinner for those days with no time for food prep:
1/2 large English cucumber, core removed to make some space for an oz of cream cheese, topped with 3oz of smoked salmon
That comes out to about 300kcal, 23g protein, 21g fat, 7g net carbs
Fresh, delightful, colorful. Some fiber and water from the cucumber, healthy omegas from the salmon.
Add a boiled egg with mayo or have a fat bomb or two for dessert, if you need more calories. :-)
I am fascinated by the Keto Diet!
It's totally fuelled my complete transformation! There's conflicting scientific evidence regarding its supposed effects, but for this gal, it's definitely worked wonders! :-D
