Dual wrist mounted rechargeable lithium powered 1 megavolt mini coils attached to aluminium blades. And illuminated by pretty uv light of course :)

To correct an appalling typo in video... that's 1 Megavolt at microamps, not 100MV as it says. Huge difference in potential. Still a crazy high voltage though :)
