I still like to experiment... This is the most close you can get to a kefir probiotic on the shelves at the store. It's a nestle product however😐. It's just a test for a potential product to serve to people in a more 'controled' manner and testing this kefir process before using the LAB or Homemade Lactic Acid Bacteria as a grain replacement for kefir. Im sure lots of people are rolling their eyes looking at this. Yes I do plan on getting #kefir grains and yes I know this is wrong on many levels.
