Have You Built a Recession/Depression Proof Portfolio?

Like many of you, I am keenly aware of the need to diversify my investment portfolio. In addition to owning traditional stocks and having a 401K, I also invest in individual stocks and just recently started to build my cryptocurrency portfolio.

Regarding my crypto portfolio, I have hitched my wagon to the big 3 - Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum. Have done really well although I've only been invested in the crypto world for a little over 3 months. I also own Steem and Bitshares.

Still in the crypto world, I have invested in MGTI...they mine bitcoins and are run by John McAfee, an interesting character to say the least! :)

With the aforementioned portfolio, I feel pretty good with my crypto investments and expect it to exponentially grow over time.

Now, like any good investor, diversification is the rule of the day for me, particularly as it relates to hedging against impeding inflation and inevitable huge correction in the stock market. Know that it's only a matter of time before the stock market has, at a minimum, 20% correction.

So, to mitigate again this, I also have been buying gold bullion over the last few years which many really savvy investors own as well. Since an ounce of gold is beyond the reach of most, I was very fond to have stumbled into a company that allows anyone to buy affordable gold by the gram!

While that in and of itself what's great, this company also allows entrepreneurial-minded people to build a business as well by helping others do the same while earning some income on the side well. It's a more than 7 year old company that allows you to literally build a nationwide business in the gold industry inn 120 countries. Awesome stuff!
