Kambo - a journey

I arrive to ceremony after taking a walking pilgrimage. We greet as shamans on our own journey into gnosis. I am offered two tarot cards that i pick and look on one and leave the other til after

We are offered rapé; that was an intense experience... The rush as the snuff powder was blown up my nose i could feel my brain numb as tears begin to stream down my face.

I drink water; this is a daunting challenge as i am reminded of Sisyphus pushing that boulder uphill but i change my mind and drink. I am pierced with the warm wood and the kambo secretion is applied to the wounds. I was drawn to place them directly behind the ear and on the lymph nodes.

The cat walks in as i get my first dose if kambo applied. I play with the cat; a new familiar on my journey into the frog medicine; i look up to see a white and pink orchid... White the colour of purity and pink the colour of love; i knew i was being looked after in this journey

After 7 minutes of calm breathing through my mouth; ...my nose was blocked with the rapé; i eventually purge after feeling my body become the kambo

I am offered more water, a grueling but needed task. I ingest it all at once and the next purge. In amongst the darkness of the sick bucket i feel i see movement

I took the chance to reflect and visually observe and to unlock the mysteries of the tarot. I myself know what they mean for me... Everything is already here, open the door, check the veil, it is there and you can have it
