Is justice served, when a 30 year old man sodomizes a child, is sentenced to 5 years of probation, and is not required to register as a sex offender? After that 5 year period, he will have no conviction on his record. Is this an acceptable punishment?
Would the man have gotten a harsher sentence if he weren't in uniform at the time, claiming to protect the child he raped?
Why is Jacob Ryan Delgadillo, who admitted to the child-rape, a free man?
Maybe the schoolhouse is no place for a cop.
