Juicing is amazing! 😋
For myself in the past, juicing was always just a treat that we would have when strolling around the mall or when we have a sugary craving for fruits.
Then over the years, I discovered that it could be so much more than just a drink. I suffer from a mild form of IBD, ulcerative colitis, and I came across a recipe that included cabbagges, apples, and water, which claimed to be able to reduce its symptoms and potentially cure it.
I was a little sceptical at first, but after trying it and seeing the proof that it REALLY does work 😲 (of course, there are other factors that play into it but the symptoms reduced significantly after I started).
And the best part is, juice tastes great!!!
