How to make everyday a good day :-)
We all have those days in our lives where we feel really off and think world is not a good place to be. Life is not fair and wish everyone we hate is dead because they are responsible for our miserable condition. Where as reality is WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WAY WE FEEL. It's our response to things that makes us feel good or bad.
I used to be like that too but then listening to motivational speakers and reading lots of successful stories I realized it's not worth it wasting my time and energy into something that's doing no good to me. One thing I learned listening to successful people is they never criticize or pay much attention to what's not working rather they focus more on getting things done and follow their hearts regardless of what others say or do.
It could be hard and challenging at times specially when we are dealing with our loved ones and yes it do become hard sometimes to ignore what they think or say about us but at the END its our life and WE ARE OUR OWN BOSS.
What we emit into the universe is what we receive. All time worry and pessimism will bring more of that. It's all mind game. Yes we can't change our thoughts or perception of things in a day but we can start it by taking the first step towards it.
Acknowledging it when we do have a negative thought in mind and think will this matter to me in next 5 yrs or so? Is it like do or die scenario? If answer is NO then just Let Go... Simple as that.. Now how to let go you ask. It's simply by focusing deliberately on something else that pleases you.
Be grateful more for what we have right now than on what we don't have.. There is someone out there praying to have a life that you have.. You are reading this blog right now means you got access to internet right, which means you might have a computer or smart phone which means you might have electricity which also means you are well educated.. Cherish now..
The only thing matters is YOU and that's it.. We all are mortal beings but we think that we are here forever.. Lets just make the most of what we have NOW, THE PRESENT..
The moment you get up just be grateful for that day. You made it through this day but not everyone did in this world.
Life could be challenging but its upto an individual how to deal with it. Start with small positive change and big ones will just follow :-)
Life is an amazing journey, live it and not just exist :-)
