Nobody said it was going to be easy
I am pleased to see that #DeleteFacebook and #JoinSteemit Twitter Campaign has shown an amazing response over the last 24 hours and is headed for the launchpad..!!
As I mentioned yesterday, nobody said it was going to be easy, but I have been absolutely overwhelmed by the sheer volume of Blogs that have been published supporting this initiative in the last 24 hours.
I am slowly making my way through all of them and there is a lot..!!

As promised, I have shared the #DeleteFacebook #JoinSteemit Blogs to my twitter feed and though I may have lost the odd follower by doing so, I am not bothered.
Those that have chosen to un-follow me on twitter because of the message I am trying to get across, were not worth following me in the first place.
Surprisingly I have gained a tremendous amount of support for the campaign on twitter and it is this support that far out-ways the small number of followers that have un-followed me.

As the campaign heads towards the launchpad, I would like to once again reach out to everyone around the World who is sharing #Steemit Blogs across their Social Network, including: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Vine, Tumblr, Youtube, Pinterest, Flickr ......etc, to include #DeleteFacebook and #JoinSteemit tags.
"Piggy-Back" on #DeleteFacebook
As I mentioned yesterday, while #DeleteFacebook is still trending around the World, we have a golden opportunity to "piggy-back" on this tag to give our campaign maximum exposure.
I will try and keep on top of things and promise to share on Twitter all #Steemit Blogs with the #DeleteFacebook #JoinSteemit tag and retweet as many tweets with the #JoinSteemit tag from my twitter account as possible.

You took the initiative and made something from scratch for us to follow,we knew nothing about this campaign before you and like a great leader you are not just supporting is but also supporting those people who make post related to it or about it. Its not wonder that #deletefacebook and #joinsteemit tags are very trending. I have seen it boom in the last few days when you started sharing alot about it, the reaction really is overwhelming but this just shows how much your follower base believes and trusts you. Those tags are working because of you and no one can deny it. Facebook is a dictator of social media world which earned billions of dollar out of the people and the people who use it but gavem them nothing. I have been following the demise of Facebook in instagram as well and posts and news related to it are not rare for eg this is one of those post.
Apparently making billions out of brainwashing people wasn’t enough so they are now selling data of people,total scumbags and bugs of society.
This is really amazing news congratulations well its the great strategy to win over the famous social media which been making people's dull and make them more useless them ever so for me it's the easiest and quite quick thing to trun them all into steemit and make them #joinSteemit ....

We each have different friends and family to know and share different experiences. with different traditions. always see from eye to eye. About what we are not looking for opportunities. I am also grateful for what it has built in Steemit for all of us. The opportunity to share what we love and learn new things and find interesting people.

Loved the amazing information.And i will do as you said i will use #joinsteemit instead of #steemit as it so good.It is an amazing campaign and facebook nothing in front of steemit .That is great more and more people are using steemit and our family is growing day by day..Really happy for it..Facebook was and steemit is..So everyone let's be together and #deletefacebook and #joinsteemit. Steemit is a platform where all people are equal and when do great work they are appreciated with upvotes and comment which is really great.. We cannot change the past but we can become wiser in the future, it is never too late to try, I feel like suing Facebook for my time as Facebook causes @steemit paid crazy money so why not the users that work like workers. make #joinsteem #deletefacebook tag viral cause people need to escape from the prison.
