A collaborative progressing work and thinking by Amirul Hakim Jamil and Liew Jun Min on 15 September 2021. We are thinking on ways to rejuvenate Johor Bahru City Centre of Malaysia despite all the super fast gentrification without careful consideration. That's our personal opinion for now.

I did wrote on Facebook a short while a go: If we don't include sociologist, philosopher, psychologist, urbanist, spatial analyst, theorist, geographers, ethnographers, anthropologist, humanist, environmentalist, culturalist but only rely to economist or banker, any massive developer will look like a scam to any purchaser.
