Job Order

Hello fellow Steemians !

I just wanna share to you my insights on the status of Job Orders in the Philippines.

Well, since childhood, It's my desire to work in a government agency.
Not only does it have huge salary, but also, the time is favorable to me as well.

Before I go through. Let me define the meaning of a Job Order.

Job Order is the written authority given a worker or shop to perform certain work.

And mostly, in the government, there are a lot of job orders being hired each year.

This contradicts their advocacy on contractualization which is currently a heated topic.

Being a Job Order can be a good thing, but there are a lot of issues involved on this or so called disadvantages..

The usual issue on this is that Job Orders don't have the security of tenure.
They can be removed from their position anytime as the decree demands.

2nd is that Job Orders don't have fixed budget every year. They tend to have low or no budget at all, which in turn,
having delayed salaries. Well, that defeats the job's purpose, having salary.

3rd is that despite the delayed salary and no security, the work load can be very overwhelming.
Which these factors greatly affect the productivity.

These factors greatly affected me and my work.
That's why I'm sharing this because I'm experiencing it now.
