Cry out to God. He has heard your voice.

In my distress I called on the LORD, and cried to my God: and he did hear my voice out of his temple, and my cry did enter into his ears.
Then the earth shook and trembled; the foundations of heaven moved and shook, because he was wroth.

Inspiration: When you feel that no one cares about you and that there is no love, that is the time to lie back in my arms and find peace there. When you get discouraged and feel hopeless, behold my wonderful face, and see that I am smiling at you, for I love you just the way you are. When you feel worried or frustrated, run to me, for I will be your perfect companion. If you feel that no one can understand the difficulties you are going through, that's not true, because I always understand. I really want to know about your problems and solve them. This is the time to run to me, to tell me your problems, what worries and worries you, your anxieties, and I'll give you the solutions that will dispel all of that.

Prayer: Lord God, I can only thank you for your care and individual concern for each of us in the face of the perfection of your love, the size of your works, and the grandeur of your power.Prepare for this special moment so that I can converse intimately with the Lord and pour myself into His presence.
