1~4. 바울을 아덴을 떠나 고린도에서 로마에서 박해를 피해 온 아굴라와 브리스길라 부부와 천막을 만들어 살며, 안식일마다 회당에서 강론한다.
5~7. 실라와 디모데가 마게도냐로부터 오고, 바울은 유대인들에게 예수를 전하다 비방받자 이방인 디도 유스도의 집으로 간다.
- 회당장 그리스보 집안을 비롯해 많은 고린도 사람이 주를 믿고 세례받는다.

Acts 18:1-8 /
1-4. Paul left Aden and made angels and tents for Corinth and Aquila and Priscilla in Corinth, where he escaped persecution in Rome.
5-7. Silas and Timothy came from Macedonia, and Paul preached Jesus to the Jews. When he was blamed, he went to the house of Titus Judas.
- Many of the Corinthians, including the Greeks of the Synagogue, are baptized in the Lord.
