I am a sucker for the old school JDM wheels, just like I am for the old school JDM cars 😊

The smaller the wheel, the bigger the dish, the better it is!!

Now I am driving a Nissan ive moved to the 5 x 114.3 stud pattern, and my car is too big to have wheels like this I think [not really the style as well?] but one day, I plan to have a wall of my workshop with these wheels covering it 😊 [and plenty of old school jap cars to put them on!]

Fun facts:

• They were only released in 14” [ x 8/9/10/11/12”]
• They only ever came in 4 x 114.3
• They are the only Techno wheels to be released in pink
• Hayashi Racing stopped making the Yayoi wheels in 1980, but started up production of them again in 2006, not sure the year of starting original production
• Rumoured to be made to order only
• Originally a full set would cost upwards of 7k depending on width, offset and condition

I know these wheels by the name Sakura Cherry Blossoms, or Cherry Blossoms [Sakura in Japanese is cherry blossom]
