1000円代のワインとは思えないしっかりした味わい。久しぶりの赤ワインだったからか、飲み応えのあるワインだなと思いました。

久しぶりにビーフシチューを作りました！ワインにぴったりです♪
具は、ごぼう、れんこん、人参、舞茸。
お肉は今回は牛すじで作りました。
