（EN/JP）アレルギー性鼻炎に苦しむSuffer from allergic rhinitis.

今朝、例によって伸び伸びと寝ている愛猫を撫でてから出勤しました。
こんなにデカかったっけ？

アレルギー反応が出てきました。
（僕は猫アレルギークラス5です）

油断してると月に1.2回やられるんですよね😣
目を掻いたりするとばっこり腫れます笑

今日は仕事が遅くまであるので鼻水と格闘しながら頑張ります。

アレルギー持ちにとってきをつけるべきは牙と鋭い爪だけじゃないんです。笑
There is a saying that beautiful flowers have thorns, spines on the cat.
Allergies have getting are not only sharp claws and watch.
