DO NOT follow the link. It's a phishing link (a kind of hacking attack) that will ask you for your active keys and begin posting the same kind of link from your account.
if you followed the link and entered your keys, immediately change all your passwords (Active, posting, memo). and keep a watch on your account's comments history to be sure it worked.
