雪割草の山 Small famous mountain with hepatica in Niigata city

山が好きである。なんと言っても山が好きである！
Love mountains, I do love climbing mountains!

僕は冬も夏も関係なく山が好きで、1年に20～30日は山に入る。でっかい山の雄大な景色や、テント泊のときの満点の星空、肉眼で見れる天の川、そんな非日常の風景は山じゃないと見れず、僕は仕事に辟易してくるとふらーーーっとお山に行ってしまう。

In this year, I went to the snow-covered mountain for climbing with my wife, who didn't like to go mountains in winter. After climbing, she said "I don't wanna go to the mountains in winter anymore". But I noticed that she looks quite happy in the picture.
We can see great scenery when we go to the famous and high mountains, but we can also find little discoveries from our ordinary days. In this post, I introduce it.

今年の冬は嫌がる嫁っこを無理やり引っ張って雪山に行ったりもした。下山した後、彼女は「寒いところはもう行かなくていいや」と言っていたが、写真を見返すと結構楽しそうにしている笑。嫁に苦笑いされながらも飽きることなく山を登る僕だけれども、いつもドデカい景色ばっかり追い求めているわけでもなく、探してみると意外と身近に非日常が落ちている。

There is Kakuda-mountain (482m) in Niigata city. Kakuda mountain is famous about wild hepatica. The peak season is from middle of March to beginning of April. A lot of trekkers come to the mountain to see the flowers in high season. The data indicates the high popularity. Niigata citizens really love hepaticas, we can understand it from the data.

新潟市内に「角田山 (482m)」という山がある。小さな里山なんだけど、雪割草が群生することで有名な山である。雪割草が咲き誇る3月中旬～4月上旬にかけては500台規模の駐車場がいっぱいになる始末である。ヤマレコのデータを見ても雪割草が咲き誇る時期に人がたくさん訪れていてその人気っぷりを物語っていて、新潟の人が如何に雪割草が好きなのかが分かる。

僕の誕生花は実は雪割草で、結構思い入れがある。
うむ、なかなか凛としてて可愛らしい花である。
花言葉は、確か「勇気」だった気がする。

Kakuda-mountain has several courses for trekking, but my recommendation is "Todai-course". You can see a lot of hepticas in that course. You can reach the place where heptica blooms for 30-40 minutes (for 75 minutes to the top). I'm sorry that I don't know how to pin google map on steemit, so I can't explain the place you should park and start trekking.

角田山は7つも8つも登山ルートが存在するが、一番のお勧めは雪割草が一番群生していると思われる「灯台コース」。3-4月頃に雪割草を見に行くならこのコースが絶対いい。健脚の人は75分ぐらいで山頂についてしまうだろうか。雪割草の群生地までは30-40分ぐらいと思う。本当は登山口の場所をGooglemapを貼って説明したいところなのであるが、残念ながらSteemitにgoogle mapを貼るやり方がわからない。

因みに夏場はこの山はお勧めしない、夏場の里山は虫と暑さでうんざりするから笑
