白馬の隠れ家レストラン Pretty Restaurant in Hakuba

I will introduce a pretty restaurant in Hakuba. You can enjoy nice lunch time and wonderful dinner for good price (around 2,000JPY=18USD). The name is "Prairie". You will find the restaurant with yellow color. We went there on my way to home after climbing, and we were warmly welcomed by nice couple.

とっておきのレストランを紹介します！長野県白馬村にあって5年前にオープンしたというPrairie (プレーリー)さん。黄色い建物と看板が目印。僕は登山の帰りに立ち寄りました。リーズナブルな価格でランチ、ディナーを楽しめます。僕は少し遅いランチの時間に行きましたが、とても感じの良い夫婦が快く出迎えてくれました。

肉料理、魚料理、パスタとメニューに迷うことはありません。今回は肉料理を頂きました。前菜はサーモンスモークサラダ、メインは豚肉のグリルにレモンタイムを載せズッキーニを添えて。優しさ溢れるスタッフさんがサーブしてくれます。吹き抜けで解放感のあるダイニングルーム、壁に暖炉、落ち着いた雰囲気で最高の食事です。

白馬はリゾート地で、ハイシーズンはガヤガヤしたカフェやレストランばかりの印象ですが、こちらのお店はとても落ち着いていて白馬の中でも時間が止まっているよう。夢心地でいると最後は濃厚なプリンのデザートが出されます。これまた絶品のデザートで、ああ、また来たいなと思わずにはいられません。

Hakuba is famous to beautiful mountains, and you can enjoy skiing, climbing, other activities. A lot of people go there for their holidays, so Hakuba is sometimes crowded. However the restaurant is calm and we felt as if our time had stopped. We enjoyed meat dish and end of the lunch, very delicious sweats were served. I have to come to this restaurant again.

Actually, my cousin runs this restaurant, and this was first visit for me. I really wanted to go the restaurant. Please drop in there if you have a chance to visit to Hakuba.
