秘密のパワースポットと日本一美味しい飲むヨーグルト屋さん　Asaiino shrine and Yasuda yogurt

友人の結婚式に参列するため、新潟県阿賀野市というところにある旦飯野神社（あさいいのじんじゃ） というところへ行ってきた。
My friend invited me to her wedding at Asaiino shrine located in Agano-city, Niigata.

こじんまりした山の傾斜に鳥居がある。看板もないので、思わず通り過ぎてしまった。
着いたところで貼ってあったポスターに気づく。どうやら平安時代から続く由緒ただしき神社らしい。すごい歴史！
Torii, the Shinto gate, is located at the slope of a small hill. I noticed the poster about the shrine, saying that the history of the shrine started from Heian period, which is from 794 to 1185. This small shrine happens to have an ancient and honorable origin. What a long history!

実は参列したもう一人の友人によると、「婦人科など女性の悩みに効き目がある」と会社でお勧めされて、お参りに来たら、精密検査の結果がよかったので、それ以来毎月お参りに来ているとのこと。
My friend who also attended the wedding told me that the shrine is actually well-known for women's health trouble. She was recommended to visit here from her college and now she comes here once a month.

本殿に続く階段は新しくしたばかりのよう。細い道を一歩上がるごとに神聖な空気になっていく感じがする。
It looks like the steps to the main shrine is quite new. Step by step, the air feels sacred.

式は神主と巫女の2名だけで、舞い、笛、太鼓など全て二人で行う。距離も近く、こじんまりして、とてもアットホームな心温まる式だった。
何より、神主さんの言葉のふしぶしから、お人柄の良さが伝わってきた。
The wedding ceremony was conducted by just two persons, Shinto priest and the shrine maiden. One plays the flute and drums while other prays and dance. They are so close and it was such a cozy little wedding.

式後は改めてお参りして、福飴とおみくじをいただく。こちらは無料でいただけるもの。お神酒もあった。さらに境内には野菜を育てているプランターが置いてあり、「好きに野菜をもいで持って帰ってください」という看板が。
素敵なお心づかいにすっかりこの神社を気に入ってしまった。
After the ceremony, we pray again and got lucky candies and omikuji, fortune telling slip. (omikuji usually costs). These are served for free. There were also small planters growing vegetables, saying "take free." I was very much pleased with this shrine.

境内の裏には「神様が宿っていて、触ると力を授かる」といわれる丸石が置いてあり、そちらもありがたく触らせていただいた。
There was also the sacred stone at the behind of the shrine, where gods dwell, and if you touch it, gives you power.

家に帰って調べてみるとやはり知る人ぞ知るパワースポットだったようだけど、あまり宣伝していないとのこと。そういうところもまた良い。
「万能の力を持つ神さまをまつっているため、厄除けや運気向上などにご利益があるとか。」
I searched the internet and knew that the place was actually famous for some people as a "power spot."

とても良い気をいただいた気がする。
Felt that I got good fortune here.

帰りには近くにある安田ヨーグルトさんに。ここの飲むヨーグルトは濃厚で本当においしい。これまで飲んだ中で一番おいしいので、勝手に日本一だと思っている。なんと徳島の実家の両親も私が教える前から最寄りのスーパーで買って愛飲していた。さすが安田ヨーグルト。全国で流通している。
ヨーグルトのみならず、ジェラート、ソフトクリーム、ワッフルやヨーグルト菌を使ったパンなども販売されていて、グッズなどもある。新潟に来たら是非こちらに立ち寄ってみては＾＾

On the way back, we went to Yasuda yogurt, the famous company in Niigata.
You can enjoy not only thick tasty yogurt drink which I believe to be the best yogurt drink you can have in Japan, there are ice cream, gelato, waffle or bread.
