皇居ランしてきました。 japan emperor palace run
皇居ラン、2週ほどしてきました。
I runed japan emperor palace 2 round.
1週目はペース走、2週目はクルーズインターバルにしました。
round1 pace running
round2 cruise interval
雨でしたがいい練習になりました。
It was raining but it was a good exercise.
そういえば、adidas runbaceでadizero sub2をレンタルしました。
I rented adizero sub2 to adidas runbace.
率直な感想はnike zoomflyと正反対の性格です。
zoomflyがクッションとカーボンの反発で走る靴なら、sub2は軽量化とソールの硬さによる反発で走る靴でした。Honest impressions are the opposite of nike zoomfly.
If zoomfly is shoes running with cushion and carbon repulsion, sub 2 was shoes running with weight reduction and repulsion due to sole hardness.
zoomflyより履き手を選ばない正統派シューズだと思います。
短い距離やトラックなら速度は出しやすいと思いますよ。
I think that it is an orthodox shoes who does not choose shoes more than zoomfly.
I think that speed is easy to get out if it is a short distance or a track
ランは東京に来た時の楽しみです。また時間がある時には行きたいと思っています。
