今年の梅雨はあまり雨が降らず水不足にならないか心配しているSGB(スーパー・ゴールデン・ボール)ことゴロタです！！

他人のCPUを利用してマイニングを行う「Coinhive」を自分のサイトに導入したサイト運営者たちが相次いで摘発を受けていることが話題になっていますね。

この件に関してはALISで記事を書きました！

その後どうなったのかなと思い調べていたらこんな記事を見つけました。

「仮想通貨マイニング（Coinhive）で家宅捜索を受けた話」

見た瞬間、興味津々で記事を開きました！

ちなみにこのブログの筆者はモロさんという方で、自己紹介文には「フリーランスのWebの人」と書いてありました。

どんな記事の内容かは詳しくは書きませんが、モロさんがコインハイブを知るきっかけになったところから実際警察に家が来て家宅捜索されたこと、警察署で受けた取り調べの様子など生々しく書かれていました。

私が読んだあと起こった感情は怒りと同情でした。

特に取り調べの部分は警察のやり方に特に腹が立ちましたね・・・

なによりもかわいそうだと思ったのは家宅捜索と取り調べの間に結婚式があったということ。

一生で一度のイベントを最悪の思い出に変えてしまった妻への申し訳なさで一月で三キロくらい痩せたというモロさんに同情の念しかありませんでした。

そもそもコインハイブの設置がウィルス罪にあたるかどうかということがすごく微妙なところなのに摘発するのっておかしくないですか？？

モロさんもコインハイブの存在は紹介記事を読んで知ったそうです。

導入後モロさんが紹介記事を書いてしまったのはよくないことかもしれないですが、先に紹介記事を書いたサイトは摘発しないんでしょうか？？？

これがマジで理解できませんねぇ・・・

紹介しただけで実害はないから無罪？？

んなわけねーよな？？？

警察にはもう少し公平な捜査をお願いしたいですねぇ・・・・・

本来なら略式起訴で済む今回の件に対して、モロさんは不服を申し立て刑事裁判で決着すると決めたそうです。

日本で初のコインハイブ裁判がにどのような判決がくだされるのか？

裁判官の公平な判断を待ちたいと思います。
