仕事でやりがいを見出だせないといけないのか
信用できない求人ワードで打線を組むと、4番は「アットホームな職場です」らしいです。
現職として「仕事にやりがいを感じる時は？」というのも、かなりのパワーヒッターではないかと思います。
この「やりがい」があるのとないのでは、恐らく「ある」方が評価としては良いのでしょう。でも、仕事にやりがいなんてなくても構わないじゃないかと思います。
やりがいについて調べてみると、主に仕事に対するモチベーションをやり玉にして、なんでもいいから見つけましょう的な事が書かれているものが出てきました。
どうも内容的には、やりがい＝生きがい、という方向性に持っていくようなものが多数。
働き方改革、残業を少なく、そんなことを言っていても、結局は歯車じゃねえかと思いました。
