After reading this article I thought about stopping introducing genetically modified sweets.
こちらの記事を読んだあとは遺伝子組み替えのお菓子を紹介するのを止めようと思いました。
But when I looked it up I noticed that there was no such sweets.
ですが、調べてみるとそんなお菓子がないことに気がつきました。
If you eat whatever you like, you may not be able to avoid genetically modified foods.
好きなものを食べると遺伝子組み換え食品は避けて通れないのかもしれません。

It is difficult to avoid eating anything,
一切食べなくするのは難しいですが、
I think that I can buy foods that are not genetically modified, although I may be slightly concerned about reducing the amount or slightly higher.
少しだけ気にして量を減らしたり、ちょっと高いかもしれないけど、遺伝子組み替えでない食品を買うことは出来ると思います。
I also tried to care about it daily.
私も日頃から気にしてみようと思いました。
