Recently, American President Donald surprised everyone by accepting Kim's proposal for talks. Now news is that Japan is considering a summit between its PM Shinzo AB and Kim. This news has been revealed by the local media.

When contacted by AFP a spokesperson from the Ministry of External Affairs, he did not confirm any concrete plans for the conference.
