Asagaya summer festival.
The shotengai in Asagaya was lit into thousands beautiful and colourful decorations
I don't particularly like busy places and this was one thriving with food and commerce but I certainly enjoyed the whole area being lit for about a week and was a good excuse to invite friends over for some drinks!
