This tower is the icon of the city of Tokyo, the capital city of Japan, and this tower has been one of the most well-known sightseeing spots that visitors of Japan always visit during their time in Japan. This tower was erected in 1958 because the city needed to have a tower to broadcast information. This tower can broadcast information up to 100 kilometers in the Kanto Area. The builders of this tower spent around 3 billion yen back then. Additionally, the tower utilized the effort of 220,000 workers to complete the construction in one and a half year.
