The Bible verse is:

Isaiah 55

Come All You

God mercifully invites the Israelite, who have rejected Him and what He says is right, to return to Him and renew their relationship with Him. Then they will be restored to a place of satisfaction and blessing.

All You Who Are Thirsty

An essential prerequisite for salvation is a genuine spiritual hunger and thirst for forgiveness and for a right relationship with God(John 4:14, 7:37). This spiritual salvation is based on the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ. We must repent (turn from our sins and turn towards God, changing our lives directions to follow His plans) and approach God in faith, trusting Him to take controls of our lives. As we live for Him, a continued hunger and thirst for God's purposes and power are necessary for receiving the fullness of His Spirit.

Seek The Lord

We must pray and pursue a deeper relationship with God while there is still the promise of His response(Jeremiah 29:1314). God has giving people a limited amount of time to receive His salvation- the opportunity to accept a personal relationship with Him(2Corinthian 6:12). A day is coming when it will be too late for people to respond to His invitation. They will look for Him but not find Him(Hebrew 3:7-11).

His Thoughts Are Not Our Thoughts

God's thought and ways are not those of humans. On our own, we could never comprehend God's purposes. But human minds and hearts can be renewed and transformed through a personal relationship with God and by sincerely striving to follow His plans(Roman 12:1-2). As we get to know God better, our thoughts and desires will begin to conform with His. Our greatest desire should be to live more like Jesus so that everything we do pleases the God we serve. We can become more like this by spending intense time in God's word and prayer and by responding to the Holy Spirit's guidance.

God's Word Will Be Fulfilled

The power and effect of God's word will never be cancelled or become void. His word will always accomplished it purposes by bring either spiritual life to those who receive it or judgement to those who reject it.

Let us always be thirsty for God's word which can bring in repentance, salvation, joy, peace and hope into our lives. Without God, we are nothing.
