First Impressions of Firenze - Erste Eindrücke aus Florenz!

Hey guys! To get some impressions, I left my Air BnB room and made a walk through the city center. I heard almost everywhere the soundtrack of "The Godfather", why not, good life music always raises the state of mind :) You will see artists like sand on the sea in Firenze and each of them hopes to earn a few pennies. Statues of famous personage of the past are decorating the city center and I am sure that you would also make some stops at one or the other statue. According to statistics, Firenze ranks 25th among the most visited places in the world, and tourists have the opportunity to admire the beauty of the city from a coach. Poor horses: (I prefer walking!) You will find Italian ice cream on every corner and of course I wanted also to enter "The Galetaria" to taste some sorts of ice cream. I bought without a clue a sundae and annoyed me in retrospect about the 32 Euro, which I had to pay for this mug I got mad and my appetite for ice went by as fast as it came ....

You will find Italian food everywhere in Italy. I've been eating pizza, spaghetti and co for weeks ... By the way maybe you are thinking at the moment: "Sure, Italien food is everywhere, cause it is Italy, there should be Italian Food everywhere!".. No not really, I was in Sweden and it was very hard for me to find Swedish kitchen :O just saw international restaurants everywhere :O. Now I craved international food, after eating Italian kitchen for weeks :P. Not so easy to find something else in Italy: D It was sushi, although not really cheap, but it was worth to it and that's the main thing :) Do not worry in generally you will find all kind of food over there, sweet or savory!

Hallo an alle da draussen! Um einige Eindrücke sammeln zu können verliess ich mein Air BnB Zimmer und schlenderte durch die Innenstadt. Fast überall verfolgte mich der Soundtrack von „Der Pate“, warum nicht, gute Life-Musik hebt den Gemütszustand immer etwas an :) Künstler gibt es dort wie Sand am Meer und jeder von ihnen erhofft sich den einen oder anderen Groschen dazu zu verdienen. Statuen von berühmten Persönlichkeit von damals schmücken die Innenstadt und man bleibt bei der einen und anderen mal etwas länger stehen. Florenz ist laut Statistik auf Platz 25 der meistbesuchten Orte weltweit, Touristen haben die Möglichkeit die Schönheit der Stadt von einer Kutsche aus an zu bestaunen. Die armen Pferdchen :( ich laufe lieber! Italienisches Eis gibt es an jeder Ecke und auch mich verschlug es in die „Galetaria“. Ahnungslos kaufte ich mir einen Eisbecher und ärgerte mich im Nachhinein über die 32 Euro, die ich für diesen Becher hinblättern musste. Ich wurde sauer und mein Appetit auf Eis verging genau so schnell wie er gekommen ist …. Touristenabzocke nennt man sowas!

Italienisches Essen gibt es in Italien überall, ich ernährte mich Wochenlang von Pizza, Spaghetti und Co… doch jetzt verspürte ich Gelüste nach Internationalem Essen. Gar nicht so einfach mal was anderen in Italien zu finden :D Sushi wurde es, zwar auch nicht wirklich günstig, hat sich aber gelohnt und das ist die Hauptsache :) Allgemein kommt der Magen im Land nicht zu kurz, für alle Geschmäcker ist was dabei, egal ob süss oder herzhaft!

Die Architektur ist sehr interessant und mein nächstes Ziel wird auch der "Dom von Florenz" sein

Das ist doch mal ein Haufen Eis :O

Mein Becher kostete mich genau ganze 32 Euro ....
