Italian Football Grieving, Captain Fiorentina Died Suddenly

Italian football was shocked by the death of Fiorentina team captain Davide Astori on Sunday (4/3/2018). Astori died suddenly at the age of 31 years. The Serie A operator announced that all Sunday's matches, including the derby between AC Milan and Inter Milan, were postponed.

Fiorentina with deep sorrow announced that team captain Davide Astori had died, due to sudden illness, "the statement said.
