oggi voglio parlarvi di una mia grande passione: il ballo.

Today I want to tell you about one of my great passion: dance.

Sia chiaro, non lo pratico a livello agonistico, ma è una passione che pian piano sta crescendo soprattutto negli ultimi anni.

Tutto ebbe inizio a 18 anni, quando mio fratello mi portò per la prima volta a ballare in discoteca; Quella musica, il locale, la gente che si divertiva.... tutto questo ha scosso qualcosa in me, qualcosa di nuovo che non avrei mai immaginato di provare.

It all began at the age of 18, when my brother took me for the first time to dance in the disco; that music, the club, the people who have fun.... all this has shaken something in me, something new that I would never have imagined to try.

Gli anni seguenti li passavo per locali notturni e discoteche, non tanto per divertirmi con le ragazze, ma perchè amavo ballare, qualsiasi genere di musica.

The following years I went through nightclubs and discos, not so much to have fun with girls, but because I loved dancing, any kind of music.

Era un continuo scatenarsi sulla pista da ballo.
Negli ultimi anni non mi è più bastato questo divertimento e quindi mi sono deciso, insieme ad un mio amico, di iscrivermi ad un corso di latino americano.

It was a continuous unleash on the dance floor.
In recent years I have not been able to enjoy this fun anymore and so I decided, together with a friend of mine, to enroll in a Latin American course.

Non avrei mai pensato che era così bello ballare questo genere e soprattutto di trovarmi così a mio agio con la mia partner.
A tal punto che ci siamo iscritti anche al corso intermedio per portare avanti questa passione insieme.
Ma non basta...... manca ancora qualcosa.
Io sono un tipo da balli ancora più movimentati, quasi coreografici, e da li ho avuto la brillante idea del “Reggaeton”.

So much so that we also enrolled in the intermediate course to continue this passion together.

Ho iniziato subito a documentarmi guardando video su internet, chiamando varie scuole specializzate e partecipando a serate in discoteca dove il tema era riferito solo e unicamente a questo ballo.
Che dire..... ah si, a breve inizierò un vero e proprio corso e già non vedo l'ora.
Penso che oltre ad essere una passione, il ballo, sia per me un vero e proprio modo per svagarmi dallo stress accumulato.
Che non si pensi che non sia uno sport faticoso; Provate a farlo per un'ora poi mi dite.
A presto con nuove avventure.

What to say..... ah yes, soon I will start a real course and already I can't wait.
I think that in addition to being a passion, dance, is for me a real way to entertain myself from the stress accumulated.
Do not think that it is not a tiring sport; try to do it for an hour then tell me.
